  • ICA invites interested students entering grades 2-7 to be a "Knight for a Day" April 25, 26, 27, 9 am - 1 pm!

    Students will have a chance to shadow a current student for the morning and join their future classmates for lunch and recess. Tours will be available for all families interested in preschool through grade 8! Please RSVP for your shadow visit by Friday,  April 21, so our staff can plan for your visit!

  • Immaculate Conception Academy is now enrolling for our new 5 full day Pre-K program!

    Immaculate Conception Academy will now offer Pre-K students the opportunity to attend up to 5 full days or 5 half days!

    Tickets are $50 per person and include a buffet dinner and two hours of open beer and wine bar.

Application Procedures

Students of all faiths are encouraged to apply to Immaculate Conception Academy.  Registration is based on the guidelines of the Diocese of Allentown. Students applying for both the Early Education Program and Academy must complete the required program application, submit the non-refundable registration and enroll in the FACTS Tuition Management Program.

In addition, Students applying for Kindergarten through 8th grade must submit the following documents to be considered for admission:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Copy of child's Social Security Card
  • Immunization Records
  • Bus Transportation Form
  • Copy of transcripts and all relevant academic documents (Grades 1-8)
  • Baptism Certificate (if applicable)
  • Parish Verification (If applicable)
